Some 15 years after their last appearance, Oasis have announced that they are to reunite with a comeback tour of the UK and Ireland. The Britpop legends will play 10 dates in Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh, Dublin, as well as four in London.
They kick off the OASIS LIVE ’25 tour with two nights in Cardiff (July 4 and 5), before heading to their hometown of Manchester for four concerts (July 11, 12, 19 and 20). They will then stop at Wembley Stadium (July 25 and 26, August 2 and 3) and Edinburgh (August 8 and 9), before finishing in Dublin (August 16 and 17).
Liam and Noel Gallagher have yet to announce their support acts for the upcoming shows. But online gambling site Gambling.com has made some predictions on the matter.
The Blossoms are 4/6 favorites to team up with the indie icons, presumably at Manchester’s Heaton Park, after the Stockport band teased the Oasis reunion tour at their gig last weekend. Another potential support act is Gene Gallagher’s band Villanelle.
Liam’s youngest son’s group supported him on all 14 dates of the Definitely Maybe Tour, and are now 5/4 to team up with him again. The Smiths’ Johnny Marr is 13/8 to support Oasis, while many fans would love to see The Courteeners (2/1) or Fontaine’s DC (3/1) share the stage with the hitmakers.
A poster, doing the rounds on social media, also claimed that the likes of Kasabian would support the rock duo. It also featured Paul Heaton (4/1) and LCD Soundsystem (6/1).
