While the outside team struggles under Bosu’s Iain MacLean, the inside team’s problems stem from Stews, Bri Muller and Ellie Dubaich and their difficulty working together. However, no problem has been worse than Chef Jono and his poor performance.
Chef Jono’s behavior throughout the season has been questionable and his attitude made him a problem from the first days of the season. Jono’s skills have not often been questioned, as his meals are typically well prepared and tasty, but his cooking style has not always brought guests enjoyable experiences. Some order guests have complained about the flavor combinations of Jono’s dishes, Captain Sandy has taken action more than once when it comes to his food. Captain Sandy can’t trust him
He cannot cook according to guests’ requirements
Although it has been difficult for Jono to cook according to the guests’ requests, especially considering that his background is not in Mediterranean food, his kitchen skills should allow him to prepare dishes that suit everyone. Chef Johnathan’s food is not up to standard
It has caused serious problems
Throughout the charter season, Jono’s meals have been inferior in various ways. During the first season of Charter, there was a lack of regulations, due to which Jono was unable to cook any of the dishes he wanted. This wasn’t Jono’s fault, but having to think on his feet was difficult for him because he had a plan in mind for what he wanted to serve. Briefly early Deck Med season 9 charters that went amazingly badly for Jono, he couldn’t create meals that charter guests wanted to eat. Jono used flavor and spice combinations that guests openly complained about, so it didn’t take feedback well and struggled to implement changes. Chef Johnathan will probably be fired before the end of the season

One of the guests on the current charter said he was allergic to raw fish, and even though his group wanted to have a sushi dinner, he wouldn’t be able to eat raw fish himself.
The previews for the next episode show Jono accidentally serving a plate of raw fish to an allergic guest.
