And if you’re one of the heroes that’ll be hotfooting it around the capital on SundayI’m sure you’ve already got plenty on your plate. Both figurately and literally. But if you do happen to find yourself with a bit of free time over the coming days, may we suggest you pound the pavements in the direction of the new Nike running-focused pop-up store.
Named RunTownthe temporary store has landed on Regent Street ahead of the London Marathon, and – alongside many other things – is offering free customisable race-day signs for marathon runners and their supporters.
The ‘cheer-zone posters’ can be personalised for free. So, whether you’re running the race yourself and are taking your support-signs into your own hands, or if you know somebody running and want to surprise them with a bit of sideline encouragement; Nike RunTown is the place to go pre-marathon.
Alongside the personalised signs, you’ll be able to check out the latest Nike running gear or even get your Nike running shoes engraved post-marathon (available on April 27 and 28).
