Captain Sandy is typically a more hands-on boss and is known for his no-nonsense leadership style. He probably would have fired chef Jono and Iain seasons ago, but he softened as the show progressed. Captain Sandy still lets them go if it’s the best business decision. It’s just shocking that he hasn’t already.
