Who is Mitchell van der Gaag?
Mitchell van der Gaag joined United last summer, following Ten Hag to Old Trafford after also serving as his assistant at Ajax.
The Dutchman had previously been a manager himself, taking charge of clubs in Portugal, Cyprus and the Netherlands.
He spent two years with Motherwell during his playing days and was a Dutch youth international.
