Elevated riding is now live on Netflix as fans take to the internet to learn all about one of the show’s biggest stars – Lacey Blair.
Hosted by comedian Chris Redd, Elevated riding highlights a group of automotive experts who take near-dead cars and transform them into high-end fantasy machines for their clients.

Born on July 1, 1994, Lacey Blair finally graduated from high school before the rest of her classmates in the mid-2010s.
Speaking with Hook and Barrel, the 5’4″ reality star had a goal “be an entrepreneur in your hometown” after a high school VoTech program. He showed interest in the “diesel mechanics program” but her teachers were discouraged when they saw she was a cheerleader:
“I graduated high school early. My goal was to be an entrepreneur in my hometown—I knew I wanted to own a business. My high school had a VoTech program, and I was interested in a diesel mechanics program. I went to an open house, but a teacher looked at me in my cheerleader uniform and put me off. So I followed my entrepreneurial dreams and went to beauty school after I finished high school and bought a salon in my 20s.
Blair eventually bought his own truck and worked on customizing it. He looked to Instagram for inspiration as it became his hobby. He also “started buying real estate in (his) hometown” including a commercial building that he flipped “car shop” with her boyfriend:
“Once I started working and making money, I was able to buy my own truck and started customizing it. Instagram got me into custom trucks and it became my hobby. I also started buying real estate in my hometown, and I got a good deal on a commercial building that had been an ambulance building. My boyfriend was working on cars at the time, so we turned it into a car dealership.
Lacey was previously on the reality TV show Diesel Brothers
Lacey Blair is no stranger to reality TV, as she was previously an actress The Diesel Brotherswhich has been shown on the Discovery Channel since 2016.
This show focuses on two close friends, David Sparks and David Kiley, who run a vehicle repair shop and work with assistants. Their work even led to a performance The Tonight Show with Jay Leno thanks for Leno’s enthusiasm for classic cars.
Blair explained to Hook and Barrel that she met the Diesel Brothers stars on Instagram and “became the brand ambassador of his clothing line.” They encouraged her to do an episode with him, and after working through scheduling challenges, she made the decision to join their team:
“I met them through Instagram and became the brand ambassador for their clothing line. They always said, ‘You should come out and do a segment,’ but the timing was never right at the salon. After the fire, I went out. To Utah for two weeks at their store and I really liked it, I went home and closed my store in Missouri and moved.”
Assuming he would “mostly advertise” he supported himself possibly working in powder coating, eventually landing a full-time role:
“When I first got there, I thought they thought it was mostly promotion. It was my first week, and we were in a meeting. One of the guys was frustrated because the shop didn’t have a powder coating process. I raised my hand and said, ‘That’s literally what I do. “So we installed powder coating equipment and I did that full time and I also did promotions and whatever else they needed and I learned a lot.”
Lacey is in a relationship with Zach Pennock
As seen on her social media pages, Lacey Blair is in a loving and stable relationship with fellow car enthusiast Zach Pennock.
Blair, who celebrates her birthday in July 2023, shared how much she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend in the post, which includes a video of the two of them together. He often writes about her, which includes videos of them working together on classic cars.
In addition to sharing their work, they often participate in car shows and test cars with each other.

Lacey uploads videos to YouTube
In addition to working on her reality TV career, Lacey Blair posts regularly on her YouTube channel.
Much of her channel includes tutorial videos on car modifications and fixing various vehicles, and many of the videos feature her boyfriend.
Outside of tutorials, other videos see him doing burnout/drifting content, embracing the wild side of car mods and racing.
Blair also slows things down on another YouTube channel, hosting the LB Motorsports podcast. He hosts videos with his friends discussing the automotive world and their profession/passion in it.
Lacey sells merchandise through LB Motorsports
Lacey Blair plans to take her brand forward with her own accessory store through LB Motorsports, where she will sell products bearing her brand and logo. Currently, the store is still in development, but he has an open order letter with updates on its status
Blair discussed the shop’s plans with Hook and Barrel, revealing that LB Motorsports was “the name of his (her) store in Missouri.” Customers asked him where they got the shirts they saw his employees wearing, prompting him to order accessories and sell them before launching the website:
“LB Motorsports was the name of my shop in Missouri, so I kept that name. The clothing line, which is big for me right now, came about because I had shop shirts that we all wore, and customers would ask where they could get one, so I started ordering accessories and selling ones here and there.Then I figured out how to set up a website and got my creative brain going and started designing more products.
