There are no upcoming Tube strikes in London
During the first week of November, Tube strikes affected Docklands Light Railway (DLR) services exclusively for two days. As yet, no further industrial action impacting London Underground or London train services has been announced. However, upcoming bus strikes will affect West London routes throughout November and December.
In the summer, Tube workers were planning five days of strikes across the week commencing Sunday 23rd July. However, just two days before they were set to begin, it was announced that the action would be suspended by the RMT “after making progress in the pensions and jobs dispute”.
Tube workers represented by the Associated Society of Locomotive Engineers and Firemen (ASLEF), who were set to be on strike on Wednesday 26th and Friday 28th July, also suspended their planned strike action. ASLEF was the first to announce that they’d reached a satisfactory deal with TfL after a week of negotiations.
