My 600 kg life season 7’s Destinee LaShaee broke ground in 2019 when they appeared on the show as its first transgender star. When Destinee began their journey at 27 years old and weighing 668.5 kilograms, they sought help from Dr. Younan Nowzaradan. They finally got weight loss surgery. Destinee spoke openly about living with mental health issues. They didn’t feel fully accepted when they came out as gay and later as transgender. Destinee revealed that they once tried to take their own lives. Their brother Anthony died in Destinee’s arms after minor surgery for an aneurysm caused by a blood clot.
Destinee went to a mental health center for a couple of weeks until the doctors were sure she wasn’t going to harm herself anymore. However, they admitted that they never got over this trauma. Destinee opened up about living with depression after the heartbreaking incident. They attended therapy at Dr. Now’s suggestion, and Dr. Now accepted them for the gastric sleeve procedure. At the end of them My 600 kg life in the episode Destinee had lost 229 kilos. Unfortunately, there are many reasons why Destinee is not shown My 600-lb life season 12
The 600-lb Destinee LaShaee of my life continued to lose weight
Losing weight didn’t make them happy
Tragically, Destinee died in February 2022 at the age of 30. In a Facebook post, their brother Wayne Compton shared the terrible news. He wrote, “No no no, I’m sorry bro, I accept you as you are, I accept whatever flaws come your way, I’m sorry you felt alone, I’m sorry you felt like you had no one else to turn to. They added:
I’m sorry you felt like you had no choice, but Destiny wouldn’t have wanted this, sir why are you taking my siblings away, how much can I take.”
Destiny was another of Destinee and Wayne’s siblings who had also died. Destinee was not given an official cause of death. However, Wayne’s statement that Destinee felt they had no other choice indicates that mental health issues may have played a role.. Their untimely deaths are a tragedy.

Miller & Hill “Funeral”
So far, no full obituary has been posted, but that doesn’t mean Destinee won’t be missed. Their brother was devastated by their deaths, and he probably isn’t the only one. The announcement also included this information about Destinee’s birth and death dates:
Destinee was born: |
July 11, 1990 |
Destinee died: |
February 8, 2022 |
Destinee was born under the sign of Cancer. This is a very sensitive water sign – a person who is Cancer always feels things deeply. Since Cancers need self-soothing, it’s no surprise that Destinee overeats in an attempt to feel better. It’s also not shocking that they spent so much time at home, as this is the sign of a homebody. Cancer has a lot to offer. They are intuitive and warm people who nurture their loved ones. However, they are moody and can feel insecure when things don’t go well.
In the video above, Destinee admits that they use food to feel better and are trapped in a vicious cycle that makes them feel like they’re dying. They said they eat to feel happier and then experience the downside of pregnancy. It makes Destinee sad, so they eat to ease the emotional pain. This is so sad. Destinee lost weight in the series, but they later died. Whatever hurt them, it wasn’t solved by losing weight.
My 600 kg life‘s Destinee inspires viewers. With their brave mental health and weight loss journeys, fans saw them as a source of strength. They will always be remembered for living the truth and striving to achieve their goals despite great challenges.
