It has already conquered Paris, Milan and Rome and is now taking over London. Chuck’s, the smash burger virtuoso, has landed on Charlotte Street.
The New York-inspired restaurant will run a pop-up in the capital until Saturday 16 March. Open from Tuesday to Saturday, the shop has been set up at the Karusellen.
Head to incubator space #23 to experience Chuck’s signature burger – the only one on the menu. A fresh sirloin steak, cheddar, pickles, garlic and our own special sauce on a potato roll.
Created in March 2022, Chuck’s debuted in Milan to much acclaim, bringing authentic smash burgers straight from Brooklyn. The latter are made by smashing the ground beef on the grill or grill with a spatula, which helps lock in all the juices and flavor.
Since then, openings in Rome and at the Hotel Grand Amour in Paris have followed. Chuck’s is now transforming into a fine casual brand focused on core American classics and served alongside natural wine and craft beer.
