London French Workshop is a French language organization established in London since 2014 and offers French lessons in person and online, focused on speaking and music, for children, students and adults.
We are looking for a French language tutor-facilitator to lead a group of 5-10 intermediate/advanced adult participants, on an occasional basis, on Saturday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Kingcross St Pancras.
Experience et qualification : 1 year, beginners accepted, you will demonstrate a particular interest in teaching French.
Remuneration : £35-£40 / 1h30 depending on experience + bonus per participant
Status : self-employed. You invoice London French Workshop and you manage your taxes.
Documents : proof of right to work in GB, DBS, proof of address, identity document, active bank account in GB.

- native French speaker
- Good command and in-depth knowledge of the French language
- playful and dynamic
- open and patient, having no problem answering students’ questions, several times if necessary
- Cheerful character, optimistic, positive attitude
- You demonstrate creativity with touches of improvisation
- You demonstrate creativity and are organized to create activities to encourage speaking and discussion.
- Ideally you have a musical ear and/or play a portable instrument and like to sing
- Punctual
- Ideally, you have interests that align with teaching and that you can integrate into your class.
- Comfortable speaking in public
- Clear speech and voice
- Good command of the English language is a plus
