Szechenyi Thermal Bath & Pools is a mixed bath complex in Budapest’s city park. All 18 of its pools (thermal pools, steam baths, pools, fitness pool and so on) are open to both men and women, as well as children over 14 years. Hungary’s most popular bathing palace. The other thermal spa plants include saunas, steam rooms, aqua fitness, whirlpool, jet flights, sun deck, massage therapies, facials etc.
The biggest time to visit Budapest’s Szechenyi bath is about 10 o’clock, when the locals have just passed after swimming in the outdoor pool and the tourists have not yet arrived. If you can’t do it in the morning, the optimal time is to visit Szechenyi Spa around 13:30, when the morning wests have gone to lunch and the following party has not yet arrived. At 15.30, the pools are again busy.
Children under two years can enter Szechenyi -bath for free – that is, they get 100% discount. There is no other discount on Szechenyi Baths tickets. All visitors over two years pay all students and all seniors the same ticket price to enter thermal pools.
