The two separated when Yolanda battled Lyme disease. It doesn’t look good when one partner saves the other is sick. It seems that they are only their own. The optics made David look like a selfish and miserable creep.
In David’s 2020 Netflix documentary David Foster: Off the Record, the musician denied speculation that he got tired of Yolanda when she got sick because she was no longer able to take care of his wants and needs. “How can I leave a sick woman? The fact is, I didn’t leave for this reason,David said in his documentary, as reported Us Weekly.

This was not taken well by the fans. Katherine looked so young in the photo and David was hovering near her too contented. It shocked people. One exasperated follower vents, writing:

The last Instagram user basically said that David is cheating on Yolanda with Katherine. This is not impossible, but he has not actually accepted it. Perhaps Katherine was the undisclosed reason why David was saved from the affair.

Yolanda looks so healthy and relaxed when he’s with his new partner. He obviously gives her the love and attention she needs. Perhaps David was too big a star – women seemingly circled him instead of being the center of his universe. When a woman wrongs him or his wandering eye gets the best of him, he ends things.
Yes, he is now devoted to Katherine, but things could change. He has a very bad record. Yolanda is safer with Joseph. Of course, every woman deserves that in a relationship. So while her divorce was painful, especially when she was sick when her husband ended their marriage, it was for the best.
Yolanda is working, and in 2022 she was filming Top Dutch model. Her three children are all models – Gigi is probably the most successful. He has moved on to television by performing Next in fashion. Bella is known for her high-profile relationship with Abel Tesfaye (The Weeknd). That romance didn’t last.
As for David, he didn’t mind his time The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In his documentary, he criticized the show and everyone who criticized him for appearing on it. “Hey, I got 16 f—king Grammys, okay? I’ve sold half a billion records. Fk that show‘” she joked. Yolanda has left David and reality TV behind to focus on her current romance. She is also devoted to her children and grandchildren.
