Prepared food supplier Tiffin Sandwiches is expanding its capacity with a new production facility in Great Britain. The project is expected to create around 400 jobs.
Tiffin is building a new factory in Bradford, located in northern England, where the company already has its current production and distribution facility as well as its commercial offices.
The company, which supplies sandwiches, wraps, paninis and salads to the hospitality industry, is investing £8-10 million ($10.6-13.3 million) in a new factory to be located next to its existing site on Commondale Way.
Tiffin also has an additional manufacturing facility in Chester, which is located in North West England.
Tiffin anticipates the site will open this winter, although it could take up to 18 months to be fully operational.
