Those who are on the hunt for a dining experience that combines traditional flavours with modern innovation need not look any further than Safire Restaurant & Grill.

Conveniently located close to the city centre, the Asian fusion eatery aims to take diners on a diverse culinary journey, no matter their palette.

From its grilled platters and perfectly cooked steaks to traditional authentic curries, every dish is crafted with creativity and an innovative twist.

The restaurant also offers an enticing range of desserts and refreshing milkshakes. And since it’s a non-alcohol venue, there’s even an invigorating range of mocktails to choose from too.

Safire takes pride in the quality of its food and exceptional customer service. Each plate is a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to culinary excellence, making sure every meal is not just a treat for the taste buds but a feast for the eyes too.

Diners can step into stunning dining rooms, with the restaurant’s ambience having been designed to enhance their experience – providing a perfect backdrop for a casual meal with friends as well as celebrating a special occasion.

Mouth-watering meat feasts

No menu would be complete without impeccable meat and poultry dishes – and that’s why Safire Restaurant & Grill offers a fine selection of popular mixed grill options, chicken and lamb steaks, chicken parmesans, peri peri burgers and more for guests.

For starters, diners can indulge in traditional Pakistani cooking by ordering options like the chicken malai tikka – marinated in cream and spices – or the Peshwari kebab, made with either fried chicken or lamb keema.

The restaurant’s specialities include the braised lamb shank, marinated and served with boiled rice and signature Safire sauce. There’s also a range of mouth-watering shashliks, made of either chicken tikka, lamb tikka, or king prawn, with a vegetarian paneer tikka option, grilled on a skewer and served on a sizzler with baby potatoes, sauteed onions, peppers and pilau rice.

Authentic Pakistani cooking

Safire Restaurant & Grill is the perfect hotspot for curry lovers, and customers who dine at the eatery can choose from tempting chef’s specials such as chicken, boneless lamb or king prawn, cooked in either a karahi, jalfrezi, madras, korma or saag style.

Other tantalising flavours for diners to choose from include traditional butter chicken, lamb tikka masala and lamb shank Rogan Josh, as well as authentic dishes from Pakistan such as Lahori fish karahi, Lahori lamb karahi on the bone, Sindhi biryani and lamb shank nihari.

Those who are on a plant-based diet can instead choose options like the chana masala, aloo matar, paneer masala, aloo sag, or mixed vegetables, to name a few.

There’s also plenty of delicious side dishes for food lovers to enjoy their curry with, including tandoori roti, garlic, cheese or peshwari naan, egg fried rice and pilau rice.

Book a table

Safire Restaurant & Grill is a 130-seater venue home to elegant and modern surroundings. Customers can enjoy their meal in a setting which features ambient lighting, comfortable seating and chic decor.

The restaurant is conveniently located 275A Upper Brook Street, Manchester, M13 0HR, with transport links from the city centre and other areas nearby. There is also a free car park located onsite for customer use.

The venue’s opening hours are from Monday to Sunday, 4pm until late. Reservations can be made online and a private dining room is also available to book for functions such as parties, birthdays, weddings, mehndis, conferences and more.
