Despite the “Fool’s Spring” that is currently taunting London with unseasonably warm and sunny weather, a London summer is still a few months away. We’re more than happy to spend the night sipping on that delicious mixture of tequila, orange liqueur, and lime – even if it is winter. And the only thing that could make it even better? Well, free margaritas, of course!
Two of London’s most popular speakeasy cocktail bars, Nightjar Carnaby and Nightjar Shoreditch, have partnered up with Grand Marnier to celebrate Margarita Day with a twist. They’ve got special limited-edition cocktails and intriguing takes on classic drinks. The highlight of the special menu is the Grand Margarita, which swaps in the cognac and bitter orange liqueur in place of the usual orange liqueur – plus a Nightjar twist to amp up the drink.

How to get free margaritas
To celebrate the limited edition collaboration cocktail menu, Nightjar will be giving away 100 complimentary Grand Margaritas. The offer will be split evenly between their venues, with 50 drinks up for grabs at each location.
To be in with a chance of nabbing a free drink, simply make a booking for February 22, and quote ‘GRANDMARGARITA’ in the offer code section of the booking. It’s first-come, first-served, with the first 50 applicable bookings at each venue netting free margaritas.
Don’t fret if you miss out, though, because you’ll still be able to try out the unique take on the classic cocktail. The limited edition menu will be available throughout February at both of Nightjar’s cocktail bars.
Other drinks on the special menu include the Passion Roja (Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, Campari, Espolòn Tequila, Black Cardamom, and Lime) and the very special Honeymoon, with VSOP Grand Marnier Cuvee Louis Alexandre, Johnnie Walker Blue, Geranium Syrup, Nightjar Forbidden Fruit Liqueur, Mead Wine, and Lemon.
