In the first season of the hit BBC series, now streaming on Netflix, Jamie Dornan’s nameless man woke up in the Australian outback with no memory of who he was. After numerous twists and turns with fatal consequences, the audience now knows that his real name is Elliot Stanley, and he wasn’t the best guy.
Now 2024 Season 2 sees the story set in Ireland, where audiences will hopefully learn more memories that its main character has forgotten.

When Jamie Dornan Tourist the character was first known only as The Man who woke up from amnesia in Australia, now audiences know his name is Elliot Stanley. He is now happily married to Helen Chambers as the two explore the world together.
Finally, Helen brings up the idea that they should visit Ireland to reminisce more about her past. Little did they know that this would put them in the line of fire with the McDonnell family’s deadly feud.

Danielle MacDonald – Helen Chambers
After the events of the first season, Danielle MacDonald’s Helen Chambers decided to leave her former partner (who was quite manipulative) and instead explore the world with Elliot Stanley.
Season 2 opens with one of their most recent stops, Ireland, which is particularly relevant to Elliot’s unknown past. This detour turns out to be a bit more dangerous than either of them realize.

Greg Larsen – Ethan Krum
Ethan Krum, played by Greg Larsen, is Helen Chambers’ ex-boyfriend. They are now divorced, although it is hard for her to accept it.

Conor MacNeill plays Detective Ruairi Slater, who becomes entangled with Helen in the middle of the two warring families that the story focuses on. Slater deals with his own mental health issues and isn’t afraid to bend the rules a bit.

Réginal Kudiwu – Monsieur Tioté
Réginal Kudiwu plays Monsieur Tiote, a new character who appears in three episodes of Season 2.
