New trailer Below decks season 3 suggests that the upcoming season will be the most dramatic yet, especially with the departure of fan favorite Chief Stew Aesha Scott. New main stew, Lara Rigby, steps in to fill the void left Aesha exit. Many hope she is as entertaining to watch as Aesha, or maybe even more so.

The trailer also hints growing tensions between Lara and Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralphwho joined the show at the beginning of season 2. It looks like their relationship will be strained for most of the season. It also looks like this strained relationship is going to be one Below decks season 3 key sources of drama.

There are problems between the new main stew and the cook

The introduction of Chief Stew Lara has already caused friction within the crew, especially Chef Tzarina. The trailer introduces Lara accusing Tzarina of disorganization. These heated discussions prompt Captain Jason Chambers to step in and mediate the situation.

Conflicts between interior and kitchen teams are common in Below decks franchise. In fact, most of the show’s most memorable moments come from these clashes. Fans can expect Lara and Tzarina’s relationship to play a major role in the season’s storyline, providing both excitement and entertainment.

Sous Chef has been added

In the first half Below decksseason 3 introduces a sous chef, Anthony Bird, to help out in the kitchen. The purpose of this addition is to enhance the culinary functions on board. It could potentially mitigate or exaggerate some of the pressures Chef Tzarina faces.

The presence of the Sous Chef also brings new dynamics and challenges for the entire interior crew. Tzarina and Anthony’s cooperation is crucial. All problems affect the overall service and increase fan interest.

Will Below Deck Down Under Season 3 work better without Aesha Scott?

Aesha’s departure marks a huge change for the series, as her charisma and leadership were key in previous seasons. His absence raises questions about how the new crew will adjust. It also calls into question whether the new crew will maintain the appeal of the show.
