Henley Pub Co., founded by Henry Day, founded by Henry Day Proudly announces the opening of Duke, located at the corner of Duke Street and Grays Road in Henley-On-Thames.
After the success of royal and coaches weapons in Wallingford, Duke is a vibrant diet to Henley’s hospitality landscape.


Duke offers a vibrant, inviting pub and dining experience designed to serve both locals and visitors. The kitchen is conducted by head chef Adam Hague, whose impressive culinary background contains recognition with Michelin star and Rosette-winning plants.
His menu is inspired by fire and smoke, stirring modern British foods with subtle Asian influences. By focusing on small boards made of small seasonal British ingredients, the menu highlights simplicity and quality. The snack menu contains the elderly beef with Focaccia’s beeped Lardo and seaweed; King Shrimp, Teriyaki, Sesami and Yuzu Koshō; Potato with caviar; Lobster, Nori and Gochujang; and the Iberico cord pie with gruyere and pineapple.
Larger discs are either “Paddock”, “from the field” or “from the sea” and includes raw deer, wasabi and Granny Smith; Creedy Carver Duck Lasagna with Pekon and Parmesan; Highland drum cap with sponge, onion and watercress; Fish pie with peas and capri; Lobster miso -business; And with raw salmon with Legren, onion and coriander. Desserts include miso -salt caramel, crème fraiche and pineapple; Milk chocolate, passion fruits and pistachio; And Baron Bigod and Oxford Blue Cranberry and Pear. Finish the roasted roasted hazelnut espresso martin or an old -fashioned cocktail of an apple.



Sunday roasts are concentration, rotating weekly, and provide an elevated but comforting tradition of eating. Dishes may include highland cow drum cap, carrot and Yorkshire pudding; Burnt leek, truffle and cream; Roasted potato, beef fat and garlic.
Guests can also expect carefully curated drinking choices, including local barrels, craftsmen, expertly shaped cocktails from the sea and smoke old -fashioned dark chocolate and cherry negron and global wine list, which has both new and old worlds.
Duke is 2600 square meters, and Duke has produced extensive renovation, created by the founder of Moss Living Interiors in Henley-on-On-Thrames that goes in style with comfort. The pub has 74 covers (46 booked tables and 28 walks), an improved bar area, a dining room and a charming small courtyard in the yard of the initial prodigy drinks and enjoy a cigar from the pub’s dedicated cigarette that is coming soon. Duke interior is a mixture of rich naval blues, burgundy and light blue shades, complemented by leather patterns and works of art, including the 1919 Royal Henley Peace Regatta program, which respects the history of the pub and the nature of the area.
The front part of the house is led by Jason Herrington and James Connelly together, as co-managers and guests can expect vitality, social drinks and dining destination, perfectly for a quick lunch, family dinners, evening cocktails, day and other-life music in the plumbing. Duke is at the heart of the Henley community, and offers locals and visitors a pub everyone would like to be local.
