6 new details from the GTA 6 Bilibili trailer
A new version of the debut GTA 6 the trailer was uploaded to Bilibili, giving fans the best possible look at Rockstar’s upcoming game.
The trailer released on a Chinese video sharing site is a completely uncompressed version of the first look Grand Theft Auto VI. It reveals details not seen in the original upload.
Below is a list of new details spotted in Bilibili GTA 6 trailer:
Acne/Scars
Rockstar has never stopped describing its worlds and characters in as much detail as possible. The new trailer revealed a related tidbit about the game’s main characters, showing acne and scars.
Although Grand Theft Auto 6 The cast was made flawless in the original upload of the trailer, fans can see small imperfections on Lucia’s skin as she runs around the convenience store towards the end of the first look. This is also seen in another character earlier in the trailer, with visible acne scars on her cheeks.
Pictures in prison
One benefit of this unpackaged GTA 6 teaser is that it provides a clearer picture of some of the previously grainy backgrounds and smaller details in the original trailer.
As part of this, fans can see images in the back of the prison sequence that kicks off the trailer featuring main character Lucia (who has been at the center of controversy since her reveal). While still a little unclear, these images appear to feature Lucia with several people outside, including one that looks like she’s standing with her main character, Jason.
High-quality hair textures
Hair in GTA 6 was going to look good. Over the years, hair technology has become incredible at the highest level (eg Horizon: Forbidden West or Hellblade 2). However, the Bilibili trailer shows that Rockstar is working on another level.
Fans can see individual strands of hair falling from Lucia’s head as she turns around in prison. They can also see detailed arms and chest hair again on Lucia and her partner in crime, Jason.
Lip texturization
Also on the texturing front is another great character model detail that fans have noticed. While the characters’ lips had some texture in the original YouTube upload, the Bilibili trailer shows clear weather and cracked skin in some close-ups.
This seems to be another detail that makes these characters feel even more real, hinting at signs of the game’s lips. Other skin details, including stretch marks, can also be spotted on the figures.
Jason’s bumper stickers
In a new download GTA 6 trailer, a series of bumper stickers have appeared adorning the trunk of Jason’s getaway vehicle. One of them clearly says, “The Big Hippie” which doesn’t mean much at this point, but there are two more.
Both other labels seem to refer to Andrew Bode. One has Bode’s name in a slash, and the other reads: “Keep Andrew Bode.” Some speculate that Bode could be a crooked politician like Donald Trump, who Jason (and the rest of Vice City’s residents) don’t take kindly to.
Deformation of the environment
Rockstar’s last release, Red Dead Redemption 2dived into the deep end of environmental transformation. Whether it’s your bot sinking through the mud or a horse’s delicate trot through the snow, Red Dead 2 I saw the environment react directly to the player in ways never seen before in a Rockstars game.
And judging by this unwrapped look GTA 6the upcoming title does not seem to throw away these innovations. The new look featured boats cutting through the water with dynamic ripple patterns and partygoers stomping through the dirt and shape-shifting parts of the Leonidia map beneath their feet.
Grand Theft Auto 6 it doesn’t have a release date, but is expected to arrive on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2025, if a recent insider report is to be believed (read more GTA 6possible delay).
