🩺

On 8th July 2025, the historic and stylish Home Grown Club, London will host one of this summer’s most urgent and inspiring events — The Future of Healthcare, curated by m-Body Media & Events.

Known for groundbreaking productions like PAUSE Live, Menopause in Practice, and the Future Patient Congress, m-Body is once again putting health equity and innovation front and centre. This exclusive, invite-only gathering will bring together GPs, NHS leaders, MPs, health entrepreneurs and wellness experts to answer one critical question: What does the future of care look like in Britain?

🔶 Session One: Women’s Health at Breaking Point

🕙 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

The day begins with a hard-hitting discussion on the state of women’s health in the UK — a system long criticised for its neglect, blind spots, and deep-rooted inequality.

Chaired by veteran journalist Sue Saville, the panel includes:

  • Prof. Joyce Harper (UCL, Reproductive Science)

  • Anna Fryer MP

  • Dr. Nighat Arif, a GP specialising in menopause

  • And others from the Doctors’ Association UK and NHS frontline.

This session demands more than just dialogue — it calls for investment, accountability, and a cultural reset in how we care for women across all life stages.

Tea, coffee and conversation follow.

🔶 Session Two: Know Your Normal – A Campaign to End Shame

🕛 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Midday brings the launch of the 2025 “Know Your Normal” campaign, a national movement challenging stigma around intimate health and hormonal disorders.

Fronted by the brilliant Dr. Shirin Lakhani, this powerful talk aims to empower women to recognise and act on their own symptoms — from conditions like Lichen Sclerosus to broader gynaecological misdiagnoses.

Expect candid storytelling, practical tools, and a much-needed reminder: Your body knows best.

Champagne and canapés will be served post-discussion — because every serious conversation deserves a little sparkle.

🔶 Session Three: Future-Proofing Your Health

🕑 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (at Home House)

Just around the corner at Home House, the afternoon closes with a forward-looking session on longevity, biohacking, and personalised health.

Chaired by health journalist Vicky Eldridge, this panel introduces voices from the Future Patient advisory board, including:

  • Dr. Mayoni Gooneratne

  • Emma Beswick (nutrigenomics)

  • Kim Pearson (nutritionist)

  • Dr. Nima Mahmoodi, and more.

Topics will include:
✔️ Lifestyle optimisation
✔️ Functional medicine
✔️ Detox, stress, and nervous system care
✔️ The truth about ageing well in today’s world

Fresh, healthy refreshments will be available — because wellness begins on the inside.

📍 Why It Matters

From intimate care to healthy ageing, this event is more than a calendar entry — it’s a call to reimagine healthcare through a modern, inclusive, and evidence-based lens. And with such a powerful lineup, it promises not just conversations, but real impact.
