The 50 shortlisted restaurant companies and individuals competing to win the coveted Springboard Award for Excellence 2024 on April 11 have been announced.
Springboard was delighted to receive nearly 200 submissions and nominations this year, a record number for its annual hospitality awards, presented in partnership with main sponsor IHG.
A panel of industry experts and a Springboard ambassador praised the exceptionally high standard of entries received in all categories this year, including two new awards for Best Use of Technology and Talent Development Team of the Year.
The awards ceremony will take place at the prestigious InterContinental Park Lane in the heart of London’s Mayfair on 11 April and will be hosted by renowned comedian Simon Brodkin – following his latest comedy tour and recent television appearance at The Royal Variety. Presentation.
The awards recognize and celebrate UK and Irish hospitality superstars and those who have gone above and beyond to grow their organisation, look after people and champion the industry.
Chris Gamm, CEO of Springboard, said: “Being nominated for a special Springboard award is a sign of hospitality. The awards are a great opportunity to come together and thank our best companies and people by showcasing their achievements and extremely talented employees. The awards have grown once again, and the stunning InterContinental Park Lane offers us all the perfect setting to gather, raise a glass and celebrate our incredible industry.
