Mark Reynolds has been appointed as the new chairman of the Craft Guild of Chefs.
Reynolds, who previously worked as Regional Manager of Levy UK and Ireland and spent six years as head chef at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, succeeds Matt Owens, who held the role for three-and-a-half years. years.
In addition to his roles, Reynolds serves as a committee member for Springboard and has been an advocate for mental health awareness in the industry. He is also a certified mental health first aid specialist.
His appointment as chairman creates a vacancy for vice chairman, which is now filled by Peter Joyner.
