The Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire has announced plans for a £6.5m investment to upgrade its 197 rooms.
Twenty rooms have already been renovated, and 40% of the renovation is expected to be completed by spring 2025.
Rooms feature a blue and green color scheme, with in-room amenities such as Nespresso coffee machines, Chromecast-compatible interactive televisions, Noble Isle bath products, and air conditioning by Vital Heating Solutions.
In addition, the hotel strengthens its environmental work by installing solar panels, air heat pumps and energy-efficient air conditioning systems.
This investment follows the unveiling of the hotel’s recently refurbished Carden Suite and Morgan’s Bar. The project cost £500,000 to upgrade the meeting space.
Hamish Ferguson, President and CEO of Carden Park Hotel, said: “We are thrilled to embark on this exciting project to enhance our luxury accommodation, reinforcing our commitment to providing our guests with an exceptional and refreshing experience. Sustainability has been at the forefront of all of the hotel’s previous renovations and we aim to continue this trajectory in all future transformation projects.
In 2020, the hotel introduced a £10 million destination spa, the Spa at Carden, which won Hotel Spa of the Year at this year’s AA Hospitality Awards.
