Fancy a Michelin-starred meal while gliding through the gorgeous British countryside on a vintage luxury train? Well, dreams do come true because the legendary British Pullmanpart of the Belmond Fleetis launching an incredible dinner series featuring some of the UK’s top chefs.
From spring through autumn 2025, this glamorous train – a true icon of Art Deco design – will be hosting a lineup of four award-winning chefs who’ll take turns curating unforgettable dining experiences. Think fine dining, fabulous scenery, and all the vintage train vibes you could ever want (shoutout to Wes Anderson!).
Who’s cooking?
Theo Randall (April 18): The king of Italian cuisine kicks off the series with a menu inspired by seasonal spring flavours. If you love fresh, simple, and utterly delicious Italian dishes, this is the dinner for you.
Phil Howard (May 22): Known for his elegant and flavour-packed cooking, Phil will bring his signature French-inspired style to the table, showcasing vibrant, clean tastes.
Andrew Wong (June 13): A. Wong’s two Michelin stars say it all. Andrew will serve a menu that delves into the rich diversity of Chinese cuisinehighlighting the perfect balance of sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and bitter.
Atul Kochhar (October 24): Wrapping up the series, Atul – a pioneer of British-Indian fusion and the first Indian chef to earn a Michelin star – will treat guests to a menu bursting with bold flavours and creative twists.
It’s all about luxury from the moment you step aboard at London Victoria. You’ll be greeted with a glass of champagne before settling into one of the Pullman’s stunning carriages, each with its own unique history and beautiful Art Deco design.
Then comes the main event – a five-course tasting menu designed by the featured chef. Each dish will be paired with fine wines selected by a sommelier, and the evening wraps up with coffee, petits fours, and a chance to meet the chef in person.
Oh, and did we mention the views? As you tuck into your meal, the train winds its way through some of Britain’s most scenic countryside. It’s dining with a side of postcard-worthy landscapes.
Tickets start at £565 per personand yes, that includes the round-trip journey, champagne, gourmet meal, wine pairings, and the whole luxurious experience.
