Dreamland will launch the Sunset Dinner Series this May with two weekends of exclusive pop‑up dining events.

The iconic Sunshine Café will host the series, created in partnership with KERB, offering long tables, shared food and views of the fading light over the sea.

Across two weekends, guest chefs Mark O’Brien and Pomus will each present a seasonal three‑course set menu, with diners welcomed by a glass of fizz.

This is not a restaurant opening or a polished venue. It is a celebratory moment designed to bring people together in a beautiful space to enjoy great food and great company.

Mark O’Brien will lead the first weekend on Friday 1 May and Saturday 2 May. Arrival is from 1800 with guests departing from 2030. Dublin‑born O’Brien has worked across leading London restaurants, including Barbecoa, The Dairy and Birch. He recently opened his own American‑style barbecue restaurant, Snake Oil Barbecue, in Margate and is currently a contestant on Series 18 of MasterChef The Professionals.

Pomus takes over on Friday 15 May and Saturday 16 May, with arrival from 1830 and departure from 2100. Founded by hospitality veteran Ryan Jacovides, Pomus is a wine bar and restaurant group focused on hyper seasonal cooking and warm hospitality, based across the Kent coastline.

Presale tickets open on 25 March at 10am through AXS and in person at Cinque Ports, Pomus and the Food Court Bar at Dreamland. General sale begins on 30 March at 10am via the same outlets.

Listings and ticket information can be found here.
