Splendid Hospitality Group is set to introduce the first Four Points Express by Sheraton hotel in the UK this summer following a partnership deal with Marriott International.
The upcoming 201-bedroom Four Points Express London Euston will have a restaurant, bar and on-site Caffè Nero.
Additionally, this collaboration marks Splendid Hospitality’s premier partnership with a Maryland-based hotel company.
In October, Marriott International announced Sheraton’s Four Points Express as a fresh mid-range conversion brand. The establishment of this brand was a direct response to consumers’ growing desire for “reliable yet affordable” accommodation options in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Splendid Hospitality has committed £50m to the Euston-based venture, earmarked for a comprehensive refurbishment of the building.
Nadeem Boghani, Vice President of Splendid Hospitality, said: “Splendid Hospitality strives to deliver exceptional service and quality across our growing portfolio and is delighted to be working with Marriott International to launch this exciting new brand in the UK.
“This new brand concept is perfectly suited to support the transient business and leisure markets in the thriving tourist hub of London and perfectly complements Splendid’s existing hotel portfolio.”
Sandra Schulze-Potgieter, Marriott International’s head of premium and select brands, EMEA, added: “Mid-range travelers prioritize elements that make both business and leisure travel effortless. In partnership with Splendid Hospitality, our first hotel in the UK considers these essentials very important by offering clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast and free WiFi, all at an affordable price and in a great location.
Splendid Hospitality Group operates and develops 24 hotels with more than 2,500 rooms. Their portfolio includes well-known brands such as IHG, Accor and Hilton.
