Brad & Dills opened its doors near the Royal Free Hospital earlier this month serving filled bagels, coffee and pastries.
The brand was started by two Hertfordshire schoolmates who began serving food and coffee from a van outside a pub.
But the lockdown venture has since grown to bricks and mortar venues in Harpenden, Hertford and St Albans.
Now owners Alex Rollings and Olly Denley have launched their first venue in London, a short walk from Belsize Park Tube station.
Images supplied by the brand reveal a sleek but warm interior with white and terracotta tiles, wooden floors and tables and rattan backed chairs.
In an Instagram post the duo describe it as a “beautiful space off the beaten track”, serving the classic bagels that have already won fans in Hertfordshire.
“Kicking things off with bagels and coffee before we introduce a bigger menu (spring),” they added.
House specialities include the classic salmon with cream cheese and pickles; egg and cheese with secret sauce; the best selling pollo picante with fried chicken, nduja mayo, mozzarella, crispy onions; and the Lebaneasy with falafel, spiced hummus pickled red cabbage and spicy sauce.
Meanwhile the Englishman features smoked ham mustard mayo cheese and pickles.
Offering both sit‑in and takeaway options, guests can even order ahead on the website to avoid any queues.
