Popeyes launches a new Hot Honey range

Popeyes UK is launching a new Hot Honey range: Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, Hot Honey Saucin’ Wings and Hot Honey Box Meal. The Hot Honey range has been launched after Popeye’s social media followers called for its best-selling Hot Honey dip to be turned into one of its chicken sandwich flavours.

The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich is a twist on the Popeyes Sandwich with a hand-breaded Shatter Crunchin’ chicken breast in Hot Honey sauce, topped with smoked cheese and fresh pickles, in a soft brioche bun.

Hot Honey Saucin’ Wings are available in 6, 8 or 12 wings – or as part of a meal, including fries and a drink. The Hot Honey Box Meal Box is a sandwich with a side of two Chicken Tenders, three Hot Wings or signature chicken in one piece, regular fries and a regular drink for £10.99.

“Designed to pop the taste buds by combining the texture of our famous Shatter Crunchin’ Chicken with sticky and sweet hot honey, we are proud to be the first and only QSR in the UK to launch a Chicken Sandwich and Saucin’ Wings that celebrates this delicious flavor trend. We’re constantly inspired by our roots in New Orleans, and Hot Honey really brings that sweet southern kick.”
