Police have released images of two men they wish to speak to
Police have released images of two men they wish to speak to after a father was beat up in front of his three children at a London Underground station. The victim was set upon on a busy platform at Earl’s Court at around 8pm on Saturday, January 31 following a nearby football match.
He was subject to a barrage of kicks and punches after asking to pass by a group of men with his young family. The attack left him with face and ear injuries that required hospital and dental treatment.
The British Transport Police (BTP) has now launched a photo appeal to help identify two men of interest. A statement reads: “Officers believe the men pictured could have information that may assist their enquiries.”
Anyone who recognise the men pictures is urged to contact BTP as soon as possible. Information can be shared by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, using the reference 725 of 31 January.
Anonymous reports can be made to Crimestoppers via 0800 555 111 or the charity’s website.
