New chair elected to head up City Corporation HR committee

New chair elected to head up City Corporation HR committee

A new chair has been elected to lead the Corporation committee responsible for the organisation’s personnel matters.

Florence Keelson-Anfu, who has a background in consulting and industry managing large scale transformation programmes, has worked in the City for the last 18 years.  She currently works in Private Markets, supporting scaling companies access finance to support their growth ambitions.

She is passionate about innovation and is deeply connected in the UK’s startup and scale up ecosystem.

She is also on the Board of Governors of the School.

Florence will head the Corporate Services Committee which is responsible for personnel, organisational matters, and legal functions throughout the City Corporation.

Chair of the Corporation’s Corporate Services Committee, Florence Keelson-Anfu, said:

“I’m honoured to be elected as chair of this committee, which is dedicated to supporting our people, our greatest asset.

“Our focus will be continuing to ensure we remain a place that attracts top talent where staff are committed to serving residents and businesses, and nurturing an inclusive, supportive environment enables everyone to thrive.”
