The most ambitious independent hospitality group in the United Kingdom, led by Kokin Andrew Sheridan, takes a farm in Worcestershire’s fork-fork-fork-dining restaurant.
The award -winning chef Andrew Sherida and his business partner Sam and Emma Morgan own an open restaurant group (Org), which is reopened at Alanewood Manor near Tenbury Wells.
Pensons, which has its own kitchen garden, has previously held both Michelin stars and Green Star – recognizing it in sustainable gastronomy.
The new restaurant is called “sowing”, and Andrew works with the New Head Chef Curtis Winstone, former Da Terra in London and Lucknam Park near Bath, with a strong emphasis on the eating of the farm and the branch.
Andrew said, “We are absolutely delighted that you take over the Pensonit’s place is unrealistic and we can’t wait to start. We focus on the farm and branch’s dining and the rich ingredients available in the restaurant’s kitchen garden.”
He added to the Curtis team: “Curtis worked with us when we had 8 Birmingham and it is great to get him back to the Org team.”

A spokesman for Netherwood Estate said, “We are really looking forward to wishing Orgs at Netherwood Manor and wishing them all the best to reopen the restaurant and rooms.”
The team expects to open the sowing in mid -May. The acquisition will take the number of restaurants owned by a rapidly growing group to eight. This includes Andrew’s flagship 3AAA Rosette restaurant 8, written by Andrew Sheridan
