Married at first sight season 18 is ongoing, and one of the couples in the series revealed some major clues as to why their ‘stress-prone’ marriage may not have made it to the end date. all the time Married at first sight in history, there have been couples who seem to be good on paper, but in practice do not meet each other’s needs. While matchmakers have a lot of information about couples to try to figure out how to match them, some are better than others when they’re out in the real world. MAFS season 18 is yet another proof of buying the wrong match.

In an interview, David and Michelle from Married at first sight season 18 opened up about their experiences on the show, and their responses hinted that they might be one of the season’s misfits. According to Michelle MAFS the experience was “(a) learning curve, stressful and (assuming) personal growth,” when David shared his time MAFS was “life-changing, exciting and difficult/stressful.” Although David might sound a little more positive about his experiencethings seem to be evenly split as to whether they were positive or negative.

Although David shared that his view is a “Let things happen and everything will fall into place” Michelle might not have had it as easy. Michelle explained that she “would have emphasized the fact that I’m attracted to men who are very willing” if she could change something about him MAFS experience, what does not bode well for her marriage. While it’s possible that David and Michelle are talking about the tension in their marriage that has since dissipated, it seems likely that they may be completely at odds this season.

It looks like the couple might have been unhappy with what the experts did for them in the exam.

While David and Michelle’s relationship could have worked in the long run, it seems like a lot of their responses come from a place of not being compatible. David, who seems more positive about his experience than Michelle, may have been happier with his side of the relationship than Michelle, but it seems the couple may have been unhappy with what the experts did for them in the trial. Although Married at first sight not necessarily a guaranteed positive experience, the couples’ comments make it seem like they were expecting something they didn’t get during the run of the season.

Although expectations Married at first sight have been unreasonably high due to the low success rate experts have faced in recent years, it’s possible that the season won’t see anything different in terms of matchups and the way the experts pair up. Although I knew there was a lot of pressure MAFS season 18 to create successful couples, panel MAFS experts may not have been able to. The possible incompatibility between David and Michelle could be one of several this season.

We take the possible incompatibility of MAFS season 18

They worked so well on paper

While David and Michelle looked like a great match on paper, it’s likely that their comments won’t end up together at the end of the season. Despite the fact that they spent time during the matchmaking special describing someone who seemed different from each other, David and Michelle’s conversations about showtime and things they would change seem more negative. It seems likely that Married at first sight the couple may be conflicted, which means there is a chance that they won’t make it through the whole trial and will break up before the final day.

Married at first sight airs Tuesdays at 8pm EDT on Lifetime.

Based on the Danish version of the series, Married at First Sight is a reality show/social experiment that gives singles the chance to find a lifelong partnership with one caveat: they must agree to marry a stranger the moment they meet. Experts provide advice and guidance as they help couples navigate their new marriage with an unknown partner, highlighting the newlyweds’ journey from wedding to honeymoon to starting their new life together. After eight weeks, couples decide to stay married or divorce.
