Marks and Spencer shoppers are loving a pair of clogs that’s perfect for late winter and spring. Not only is it a comfortable choice for everyday wear, it can also be worn with a variety of outfits.

And the popular Suede Flatform Clogs have had their price slashed. They’re now £20, down from £40 – saving you a big £20.

Available in sizes 3 to 8, they come in brown and sand. The model is crafted from plush suede and features a fleece lining for an insulating feel.

It’s complete with a strap across the front to adjust the fit, and a chunky flatform sole. The shoes have a 4.7 rating from across 69 reviews.

A very pleased shopper wrote: “I’m obsessed with these clogs, I’ve had loads of compliments. They’re super comfortable to wear and hold their shape nicely.”

Another added: “They’re very comfortable, good value and look good. I’ve had several compliments about them.”

A third commented: “I came across these lovely clogs and decided to treat myself. I now have three pairs in different colours because they are so comfortable.”

There has been very little criticism of the product, but some customers weren’t as thrilled: “I initially loved these shoes but after a few wears they have become very uncomfortable. They have worn down at the back and they have actually become a bit painful.”

Alternatively, there are the £125 Women’s Goldenstar Clog from UGG. Made from velvety suede, they come in dense smoke, black, chestnut and sand.

They boast a 4.6 rating based on 1,584 reviews. “They are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn,” said a buyer.

On the cheaper side, there are the Faux Suede Borg Lined Chunky Mule Slippers from F&F. Currently on offer at £7, they’re designed with a soft borg lining and a back strap fastening.
