Winter Funland is back in Manchester for eight days only, and organisers are urging families to book their tickets fast to avoid disappointment.
On a yuletide mission to help families create magical memories to cherish for life without breaking the bank, organisers are offering all-in tickets for the event, which is due to land at Manchester’s BEC Arena in Trafford Park next week.
In the wake of organisers generously gifting 500 tickets to children’s charities, they are looking forward to entertaining families as they create enchanting Christmas memories. All-inclusive tickets include access to a thrilling, new and improved circus show with an extra 50 ringside seats and unlimited funfair rides, including popular family favourites the dodgems, waltzers, Runaway Train and Dumbo ride.
From December 14 until 26, sessions will run daily from 11am until 4:30pm, and are aimed at children aged nine and under. Whatever the unpredictable Mancunian weather throws up this month, the entire event will take place indoors, so you can throw on your fanciest festive staples with confidence, knowing nothing can dampen your festive spirit.
Winter Funland’s event manager, Glen Ramsey, said: “We do appreciate how difficult it is financially for a lot of families now, so we have been careful to price our tickets so as many people as possible can come along.
“It’s so important to make those wonderful Christmas memories. Once you arrive, all the rides and shows are included in your ticket, so there’s plenty to do without having to spend a fortune on extras. Apart from food and drinks, everything is included in the ticket price.
“If we charged individually for shows and rides, it would cost anywhere up to £100 per person. We don’t want that, and we know families can’t afford it. Our costs have gone up, but we have worked hard to make this not only a fantastic event, but an affordable one too.”
Father Christmas will be making a magical appearance, and will be available for photo opportunities alongside his merry band of elves throughout the event. There’ll even be candy floss sculptors, who are coming all the way from Romania.
When the festive fun inevitably works up an appetite, there’s a huge range of food and drink available. From popcorn and candy floss to burgers, pizzas, hot dogs and chips – there are plenty of tasty delights for the whole family to enjoy.
One single ticket includes limitless rides, a circus show and more, so why not treat your loved ones to a Christmas they’ll never forget at Winter Funland Manchester?
