Showstoppers contains Caramelized apple cake pecan with the financier and whipped cream cream; Dark Valrona Chocolate Opera cake with mango and Passionfruit jam with coconut with Créameuux; and White chocolate and mint ganache on top of a blackberry compoti. Fluffy Scones served a bunch of homemade distribution and preservation alongside the finger sandwiches like Coronation Chicken Walnut Bread and Childang souchong smoked scottish salmon.
