If there’s any time we need a bit of glimmering light projections in our life, it’s slap bang in the middle of winter when we’re still fending off the early sunsets. You’ve probably enjoyed many an enchanting show in the city, but you won’t ever have clapped eyes with streams of light hitting the interiors of Sir Christopher Wren’s masterpiece.
Until now, that is, with Luminous delivering a tour de force of dazzling light and sound to St Paul’s Cathedral; promising to surround visitors with waves of colour as they gaze towards the ceiling of the historic landmark.

A perfect blend of art and sound in a harmonious, historic setting – what more could you ask for? Wren’s stunning interiors alone makes a trip to St Paul’s worthwhile, but you’ll have a limited chance to see it in a way you never have before when the Luminous show arrives next month.
Anyone heading to the Luminous light show will also be glad to know that they’ll give money towards a fundraising event, with all proceeds going towards supporting the ongoing sustainability of St Paul’s Cathedral to preserve the heritage of the location.
‘Luminous’ by Luxmuralis runs between February 22-28, with each show taking place in the evening. Attendees are warned that there may be flashing lights and loud noises throughout the show.
