Here’s all the tube disruptions happening around the capital this weekend including major disruption to the Elizabeth line.

Tube Station entrance at Piccadilly Circus

Although it’s rainy and you’re probably regretting those weekend plans you made weeks ago, and would rather hibernate all weekend, you can’t let your mates down. If you manage to make it out, the last thing you want is to be surprised by tube disruptions, so here are the closures you need to know about.

Metropolitan line

  • Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November: There will be no service between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge due to maintenance work.

Piccadilly line

  • Thursday 13 and Friday 14 November: There will be no service between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge. This is a precautionary closure to protect trains from potential wheel damage during periods of heavy leaf fall. You can use the Metropolitan line instead.
  • Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November: There will also be no service between Acton Town and Uxbridge.

London Overground — Mildmay line

  • Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November: There will be no service between Gospel Oak and Richmond/Shepherd’s Bush due to Network Rail maintenance work.
  • Sunday 16 November: Trains will not run between Camden Road and Stratford after 22:15. Replacement buses will be available.

London Overground — Windrush line

  • Sunday 16 November: There will be no service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction. Rail replacement buses will run between Canada Water and Clapham Junction, and you can also use Tube and National Rail services. There will also be no service between Highbury & Islington and Dalston Junction after 22:15.

Elizabeth line

  • Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November: There will be no service between Paddington and Abbey Wood/Stratford. There is also no service between Hayes & Harlington and Heathrow. A reduced service will run between Paddington and Maidenhead, and if you’re heading to Heathrow, you’ll need to use the Piccadilly line.

DLR

  • Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November: There will be no service between Canning Town and Stratford International due to maintenance work. You can use the Jubilee line instead.
