Highlights of the festival include The Weight of Shadow by Sasha Krohn, a physical theatre piece that combines mime, dance, and aerial work to depict a psychiatric patient’s emotional chaos over a single day.
Red Bastard, the master of Bouffon, known for his unpredictable mix of raw conversation, comic traps, and high-stakes audience interaction, also features in the line-up.
He returns to London for the first time in eight years.
Berlin’s Otto & Astrid: The Stages Tour will also appear, as well as Lachlan Werner: Wondertwunk, offering a surreal circus of stunts, secrets, and minimal lip movement.
Jessica Barton: Dirty Work, fresh from winning Best Newcomer at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, also joins the list.
The festival will open with the London Clown Festival Opening Cabaret, giving audiences a chance to see a mix of artists from across the festival.
A Night of Drama and the Naughty Cabaret, a high-energy queer feminist cabaret, are also part of the festival’s highlights.
