The land of evil is star-studded, led by Russell Crowe, Luke Hemsworth and Liam Hemsworth.
Directed by William Eubank (Signal, Underwater), the 2024 action thriller revolves around US Sergeant JJ Kinney (Liam Hemsworth)’s quest to survive in a hostile environment in the Philippines as he battles Abu Sayyaf forces.
Kinney’s best way to survive is to follow the instructions of an experienced drone pilot as he moves out of harm’s way.
The land of evil premiered in theaters on February 16. The film then began streaming on Netflix on July 18.

The film shows that Sugar cares deeply for Kinney and is later revealed to be alive after being ambushed by the Abu Sayyaf.
Sugar and Kinney then work together to eliminate some of the Abu Sayyaf forces in order to reach the extraction point.
