Their mistakes are too frequent

Chef Jono, Bosun Iain and Stew Ellie Dubiach have caused problems for Captain Sandy the whole season. Although Chef Jono has been able to get himself in shape throughout the charter season, his early performance was spot on. Chef Jono created dishes that did not fit the guests’ eating habits or wishes. Although there were problems in the kitchen, the outside team was dealing with Bosun Iain, who struggles to lead them while making dangerous calls to the rest of the team without consulting them first.

Ellie’s problems, which are finally just catching up with Captain Sandy, have also grown throughout the charter season. Ellie, who is Aesha’s second stew, has been doing her best to work together with Third Stew Bri Muller, but when the yachts were both interested in the same guy, their conflict quickly escalated. When both women come after each other, their chaos has prompted Captain Sandy to interveneand both women are warned that if their behavior continues they must be released from Mustique. The stew drama has been the latest for Sandy.

Captain Sandy is in damage control

He tries to protect the members rather than lose them

Captain Sandy has been in damage control mode Below decks The captain feels he needs to protect the crew instead of judging and firing crew members who are causing him stress. While Captain Sandy has done his best to sort out the issues and try to fix the problems with his crew instead of completely dismantling them, I think it’s time for him to admit defeat and fire a few of his more troublesome crew members. If Captain Sandy replaced Bosu Iain and Stew Ellie with skilled yachtsmen, Below deck, the Mediterranean Sea season 9 would be better for that.

Below deck, the Mediterranean Sea airs Mondays at 9:00 PM EDT on Bravo.
