Because I knew you were in trouble when you walked in
Flew me to places I had never been
90 day fiance star Angela Deem knew Michael Ilesanmi was in trouble when he walked into her life it was his fault because he ignored the red flag of every Nigerian man it waved right in his face. Angela and Michael started a long-distance relationship in 2017. They first met on set Before 90 days season 2. By then, Michael had already cheated on Angela for the first time. Michael knew he could get away with the double life if he didn’t tell Angela himself.
She tried to stop Michael by asking him to work or delete his Instagram account, but Michael never told her everything. She had been secretly planning to dump him for weeks after getting the visa. Angela suspected something was wrong but never got hold of any evidence. Recently, Michael hinted that he is getting a new girlfriend in the US. However, he later claimed he didn’t and had also cut all ties with another 31-year-old American woman he was caught chatting with in 2022. Angela probably still believes all his lies.

Angela Deem should have listened to her gut
“The reason is in me”
Angela even brought Michael to the US after catching him on WhatsApp from a group called “Paradise Men”. Michael was the administrator of the group, which he said Nigerian men waiting for US visas could apply for information. Michael admitted that he had saved money “a rainy day” putting it in a piggy bank. He had Googled life insurance and had access to Angela’s tax information. Angela even saw him talking to a woman named Cheetah he claimed to have met “Men of Paradise” group, even though it is a male-only chat room.
Angela suspected that Michael was going to leave her after arriving in the United States. He was close to getting his spouse a visa while they were in Abidjan. Angela even talked to an immigration lawyer about it. He could never forget that Michael had a secret girlfriend in America who was waiting for him with open arms when he got there. It is likely that he also knew that he had family in the United States. However, Angela did not listen to her intuition. He gave Michael (yet) another chance. He let her come to his house and walk around in return.
Michael doesn’t love Angela (he never did)
“Flyed me to places I’d never been”
Michael had no feelings for Angela when he messaged her on Facebook all those years ago. Angela knew that he had several women on his Facebook friend list, and there was a good chance that he had been messaging all of them until Angela walked into his trap. Michael was a man on a mission and Angela was his ticket to the United States. He just had to keep quiet and not talk about the relationship to make herself look innocent. All Michael had to do was get to the US and then leave her.
Angela applying for a 90 day fiance worked for Michael
“Now I lie on the cold hard ground”
Angela wanted to document her relationship with Michael 90 day fiance. Michael didn’t care because it brought him fame and money. The couple started getting social media clout and money from sources like Cameo – Michael just had to keep up. Angela’s harsh treatment of him was all caught on camera. Michael knew that if he left her, no one would blame him. Rejecting Angela beforehand and then trying to get a visa through another American woman would have been impossible because it would have convinced the authorities that she was participating in the green card.
