CBRE Investment Management has announced that Humble Crumble, the artisan bakery founded by Forbes 30 under 30 entrepreneur Kim Innes, will open a West End location as part of its expansion plans across the capital.
Humble Crumble is expanding its presence with a new store at Seven Dials Warehouse on the corner of Earlham Street and Neal Street, complementing its existing locations in Camden Market, Borough Market and Spitalfields.
Founded in 2018, this popular dessert brand has built a strong following on social media and is known for its delicious fruity crumbles, including apple & cinnamon, mixed berry and rhubarb, raspberry and orange. The new store offers a unique dessert experience that perfectly complements the vibrant Seven Dials area.
Humble Crumble enhances the offering at Seven Dials Warehouse, an iconic Grade II listed building refurbished by CBRE IM. This historic site is also home to Red Bull’s UK headquarters and Urban Outfitters.
Louisa Butters, head of UK Retail Asset Management at CBRE Investment Management, said: “The Seven Dials precinct is a prime location in the West End, making it a real hotspot for some of London’s best food and drink brands. Seven Dials, with its tradition, well-known character and residents, office workers and with continued interest from tourists, an ideal location to support the growth of independent brands, Humble Crumble delivers a popular dessert option to the West End and we look forward to their grand opening.
Kim Innes, founder of Humble Crumble, said: “We’re thrilled that Freshly Baked Crumbs will join the thriving food scene in the Seven Dials area. It’s been an exciting journey and we hope to create moments of happiness with our crumb benefits for locals and passers-by. We hope our success continues at our new premises on Earlham Street and we look forward to being part of such prominent location.
