Hugh Jackman is the latest name announced for BST Hyde Park 2025. X-Men star will perform a medley of musical theater songs accompanied by a live orchestra on Sunday, July 6.
The set list includes classics from The Boy From Oz, The Greatest Showman, Les MisérablesThe music man and many more. Fans have also been told to expect some surprises, and surprise guests, during the show.
Although the 56-year-old is best known for his roles in Hollywood, he began his career in acting Gaston in an Australian stage production of Beauty and the Beast. He went on to receive an Olivier Award nomination for the West End’s Oklahoma! and won a Tony for Broadway’s The Boy from Oz.
He now joins previously unveiled headliners Zach Bryan and Jeff Lynne’s ELO for what sounds like an amazing summer in London. Even more huge acts will be announced in the coming weeks.
