If you’re a steak lover in London, the chances are you’ve tucked into a dictionary-thick steak or two at Hawksmoor. Known for the exceptional quality of meat and seafood, along with creative cocktails and wonderfully atmospheric dining rooms – and they’ve just opened their eighth London location in a stunning Grade I listed building in St Pancras, ahead of their 20th anniversary in 2026. Could this be the hottest restaurant opening of 2025?

Hawksmoor St Pancras is now open, reserve your table today!

Hawksmoor St Pancras will deliver the signature Hawksmoor experience, along with a handful of new and exciting additions that you won’t find elsewhere, most notably, its own Martini Bar. Complete with towering ceilings, an outdoor terrace and its own DJ stage, this lively watering hole preserves all of the restaurant’s understated glamour, with an added splash of energy that sets the tone for a seriously good time, every time.

The martinis themselves are the coldest in London, and almost as beautiful to look at as they are to drink – and there are plenty to choose from. And if you’re in need of something to nibble alongside your drinks, the bar has its own menu offering beef dripping hash browns, oysters, and Martini Bar steak frites, to name just a few.

On the restaurant’s main menu, you’ll still find all of your favourites such as the beef dripping chips, sticky toffee pudding and unbeatable Sunday roast, along with some irresistible new additions like the seafood platter. But with settings as beautiful as this, and a drinks menu as good as they come, you’ll be tempted to stay and enjoy the ambience long after you’re done with dessert.
