Meat-heads and steak aficionados gather around, for we’ve caught wind of a new steak restaurant that is opening next month in London – and a deal you won’t want to miss. To celebrate the opening, this particular steak spot is giving away some of the best meat you can find in the world. Flat Iron will open its new restaurant in Southbank this April, and to celebrate they’re treating diners to 500 free Wagyu steaks.
The new location will officially open, within Southbank’s historic Royal Festival Hall, on April 4, 2025. Guests can expect everything they know and love from Flat Iron, from the eponymous steak to the rotating steak specials and luxurious burgers, as well as the usual sides. These include the likes of beef dripping chips, creamed spinach, truffled macaroni cheese and crispy bone marrow garlic mash.
But they’re swinging the doors open a day earlier, on April 3, 2025, for a big ol’ giveaway. If you head down on the 3rd, from 5pm, you could nab yourself a decadent Wagyu steak – completely for free!
Now, London has no shortage of steakhouses and meat-focused restaurants for its citizen carnivores. They range from blow-out spots with premium cuts to BBQ eateries and Brazillian rodizio restaurants. How to get a free Wagyu steak
The free Wagyu giveaway will take place on April 3, 2024, from 5pm onwards. You don’t need to do anything special to grab the deal, either. You just have to be one of the first 500 people to order the Wagyu steak! The free Wagyu steaks will be available on a first-come first-served basis, until the restaurant runs out.
