Being a trans woman in the Philippines was not easy. He called himself “ladyboy” because he hadn’t had surgery yet. Loren always wanted to be with a trans woman and Faith was the perfect match for him. However, Loren was unfaithful to Faith throughout the six months they dated long distance. Loren was also broke and homeless and didn’t tell Faith continuing to sleep with other people when he settled in the Philippines. Nothing had been discussed with Faith before, but she expected her to be on board with her plan.
