As the sun starts to shine, Bluestone National Park Resort gears itself up for another summer of fun. Celebrating with themed activities and entertainment in keeping with the season, Bluestone is the place to be this summer.
Those long and bright days make for more time spent together, so you can make more of those special memories with your family.
Here’s what’s in store for you and your loved ones –
Summer Festival
Kicking off in June, Bluestone welcomes in the warmer months with its Summer Festival. Running from June 6 until September 1 and inspired by the elements that make up the natural world, the festival is packed full of seasonal sights and delights.
There’s plenty to fill those long summer days with, from summer parties to colourful pop-ups to interactive entertainment; the Summer Festival is the perfect way to ring in those sunny days.
Stunning lodges
A Bluestone Lodge is the ideal base camp for soaking up a summer break. Finding nature on your doorstep, with flowers blossoming and woodland critters going about their days in the warm weather, you’ll find yourself switching off from the outside world.
In one of Bluestone’s new Platinum Lodges, you can bask in the rays from the comfort of your accommodation in the lodge’s spacious sunroom. The perfect spot for kicking back and watching the world go by.
Cooling waterpark
It’s essential to keep cool when the heat gets cranked up. Once you’ve had your fill of sunshine, head down to the Blue Lagoon for a splash and a swim in Bluestone’s subtropical waterpark. Zoom down the flumes and ride the wave pool, or have a leisurely bob around the lazy river and chill out in the spa pools.
There’s even Nipper’s Cove, a special play area for even the littlest guests to enjoy a cooldown amongst all their summer fun.
Relaxing spa treatments
For you big people, the Well Spa Retreat is on hand to keep you refreshed during your break. Work out any kinks after a long day exploring, relax, rejuvenate (maybe exfoliate after a day in the sun) and let the outside world melt away. You’ll leave primed and ready for your next adventure.
The great outdoors
Whilst there’s plenty on resort to fill your days, Bluestone is set in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. You’ll be spoilt for choice for a day at the sea, with over 50 beaches (10 of which have been granted Blue Flag status) to choose from.
With golden sands, sparkling shorelines, and 186 miles of stunning coast paths in full summer bloom, you’ll find endless exploration as you step outside of the resort.
