Following a successful first event with Eastern Margins, a collective that celebrates alternative East and South East Asian creativity and culture, in February, the Barbican is back with new dates for its late-night party series. The ‘anyone can dance’ events, a symbol of the new kind of nightlife in London, are a celebration of diaspora, community and joy, with the Level -1 foyer space turning into a dancefloor open until 3am.
Here’s how the line-up is looking for the rest of the year:
Sat 2nd May – anyone can dance w/ Love in the Endz
Sat 25th July – anyone can dance w/ ORII
Sat 12th September – anyone can dance w/ Daytimers
Sat 7th November – anyone can dance w/ Beirut Groove Collective
Love in the Endz is a London-based global collective and label, born from Reprezent Radio in Brixton that champions Latinx sounds. The line-up for its event includes Brenda, DJ Raff and Sofy Suars, with tickets going on sale on 3rd April.
