Bachelorette season 20 star Charity Lawson is coming to the defense Bachelor season 28 contestant Rachel Nance criticizing the fans of his show because of them “mean girl energy.”Bachelor season 28 leading man Joey Graziadei was Charity’s runner-up, so he has a connection to this season. Joey has now narrowed his group of 32 women down to three: Kelsey Anderson, Daisy Kent and Rachel. He said goodbye to fan favorite Maria Georgas after this hometown date, which may have contributed to fans pointing at Rachel.

They also said, “The amount of hate Rachel is getting is really alarming.” and cited racist comments written on her Instagram posts.

Charity is right that some fans are very hypocritical For bullying Rachel online, especially when they were so furious with Maria’s treatment during Bachelor season 28. Contestants should never be attacked personally, especially when it comes to competition, but Charity experienced similar disgusting behavior from fans during her season as well. Viewers need to understand that Bachelor producers create a narrative and they don’t always show the truth when creating their stories.

Rachel has been a worthy, funny and caring competitor. She hasn’t been involved in any drama and is completely focused on Joey. It’s easy to see why she enjoys spending time with him, especially since they always have so much fun together. They definitely have a strong connection, and those who can’t see that might be too blinded by their love for the other contestants. Obviously, Rachel deserves to be in the bottom three because Joey chose her, and that is his decision. Hopefully Rachel and Joey’s connection continues to grow stronger and viewers get to see it.
