La Vista restaurant and deli and grocery store have recently been unveiled at Cameron House on Loch Lomond in Scotland.
Formerly known as the Boat House restaurant in the marina, the place has been transformed into a modern Italian restaurant with 138 seats.
Led by chef Mark Pawsey, the restaurant is open seven days a week, serving delicious Italian cuisine from breakfast to dinner. Chef Pawsey’s menu showcases authentic Italian cuisine with small aperitivo plates and cicchetti as well as larger original entrees, handmade pastas and wood-fired pizzas made in the Valoriani oven.
Cameron House has earmarked £2m to revitalize the restaurant, with BJM Design handling the interior to maximize the breathtaking panoramic views.
In addition, the venue has an informal ‘Mercato’ deli with a dining area that can accommodate up to 50 guests. Visitors have the opportunity to purchase hemp and pantry essentials such as olive oils, pesto, vinegar, cured meats, Italian cheeses and wines.
The introduction of the new restaurant and Deli is in line with the resort’s strategy to enhance its Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) offering and strengthen its position as Scotland’s premier destination.
La Vista adds to the resort’s food and beverage options, complementing establishments such as Cameron Grill, Tavern, Clubhouse, Monarch Room, Lobby Bar and Whiskey Bar, Great Scots Bar.
